Considered the go-to expert since the mid 1990s, Teri officially started Permit Resources in 1996 from a desk in her living room. The office is now centrally located in Eastsound on Orcas Island, sharing space with T Williams Realty.

Permit Resources provides a full range of services from consultation to getting your project off the ground: feasibility studies, application preparation, submittal and follow-through. We facilitate permits for buildings, subdivisions, vacation rentals, shoreline issues, boundary modifications and forest practice. You'll benefit from our long-time relationships with architects, surveyors, contractors and county personnel.

Our goal is to work together with the property owner and San Juan County Permit/Building Departments to achieve the wishes of the property owner WITH the blessing of the County. We welcome the opportunity to work on all the islands.
